This week it climbed onto the number one spot in both the DAC (german alternative charts), where it ends its 8 weeks stay in the top in absolute beauty, and the DUC (dutch alternative charts), where even the 7" vinyl single "until we die/severed head" still is at the number 2 position. 19.11.2009 DETAILS ON "IMPLEMENTS OF HELL" REVEALED Finally we can reveal some more details upon the upcoming new SUICIDE COMMANDO album. As already announced before the new SUICIDE COMMANDO album is called "implements of hell" (a reference to notorious serial killer Albert Fish) and will be released in Europe through Out Of Line / WWE on January 22nd 2010, and in the US (and rest of the world) through Metropolis on January 26th. The album will be released in Europe in 3 different versions, in the US in 2 versions. Implements Of Hell stands as SUICIDE COMMANDO's greatest work thus far. The remix of "Gott sein" will appear on the bands upcoming remix album in early 2010. With this remix SUICIDE COMMANDO finds itself in the illustrious company of bands like Covenant, Die Krupps, Combichrist, Rotersand ... who also delivered remixes for this special remix album. The remix album will be released early 2010 on ZYX music ! 27.10.2009 SUICIDE COMMANDO ON "ELECTRONIC SAVIORS" CANCER COMP. SUICIDE COMMANDO is only one of the many bands supporting and appearing on the "electronic saviors : industrial music to cure cancer" 4CD compilation coming out on Metropolis Records soon. The compilation is put together by Jim Semonik, vocalist and founder of the US based project Rein[forced], who himself got diagnosed with and treated for cancer few years ago. Now their mutual respect and support will be immortalized on the forthcoming PSYCLON NINE album "we the fallen" as Johan aka SUICIDE COMMANDO will be one of the guest vocalists on the opening track "Soulles (the Makers Reflection)" from their new album. Probably due to some power overload the soundcard from our computer crashed and so all data and video were lost. So 2009 will yet see another remarkable return from an old school EBM band to the scene ! After the side project of Johan and Stefan already resurrected from the dead in 1997 with the release of their first (and till now only !) selftitled CD, they now return with their own version of "destruktor" (from Pouppée Fabrik) on the upcoming "old school electrology vol.1" 4 cd boxset, out on EAR/Cop International somewhere in Spring 2009. The new Alien Vampires album is scheduled for a Dec. 25th release on BLC Productions, and will contain 16 new songs (with other guest appearances by In Slaughter Natives and a remix by Noisuf-X). Have a nice read. 18.10.2008 SUICIDE COMMANDO VS PLASTIC NOISE EXPERIENCE Johan aka SUICIDE COMMANDO just finished a remix of "zu nah" for his german schizophrenic pal from PLASTIC NOISE EXPERIENCE. The remix will be released on the upcoming new album from PNE called "Reiz und Reaktion". The album will be available in different editions on the belgian Alfa Matrix label. This remix isn't the first collaboration between these electronic pioneers. In the past Johan already remixed "plastik fantastik" from PNE. Sadly we have to announce that we were obliged to cancel the planned Faderhead + Suicide Commando show at Club Antichrist in London on October 31st, due to reasons beyond our control. We would have loved to play in London again and never had the intention of canceling our show, but due to differences with the organiser, the organisation solely decided to cancel both the Faderhead and Suicide Commando show. We of course deeply regret this remarkable decision, but hope to return to London and the UK soon again !
